PESHAWAR: Wall-chalking favouring the so-called Islamic State (IS) has reappeared on the outskirt of the city, locals told The Express Tribune on Friday.  IS graffiti and slogans were spotted on the walls of a government primary school in Wahid Garhi within the jurisdiction of Khazana police station. “Someone appears to have written slogans in Arabic on the school wall,” a resident of the area said. “Many believe it has something to do with Independence Day celebrations. I think it is not a coincidence that slogans favouring the militant outfit have been written on the walls on August 14.”
